What is the warranty on Jovikids car seats?

We offer a 3-year warranty on all car seats starting from the purchase date. Register your product to get an extra 2 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse.

I lost the instruction manual. How can I get a new one?

How do I register my car seat?

Go to the Product Registration page on our website. Fill in the details and submit the form. Registration helps with warranty claims and safety updates.

Where do I find the batch reference on my car seat?

The batch number is usually printed under the base of the car seat.

What is ISOFIX and why should I care?

ISOFIX is a system that locks the car seat securely to your car’s frame. It makes installation easier and safer for your baby.

What is the difference between ECE R44/04 and ECE R129 (i-Size)?

ECE R44/04 is based on your child’s weight. ECE R129 (i-Size) is based on height and requires rear-facing for children up to 15 months. Both ensure safety, but i-Size has stricter tests.

What age groups do your car seats cover?

We have seats for newborns up to 12 years old. For example, the Angela seat is for newborn to 12 years and offers 360-degree rotation with ISOFIX.
